a) Low carbon wire
- One cassette cold rolling machine with a monthly capacity of 800 tons
- Four dry die extracting machines with a monthly capacity of 1000 tons
- Four water die coating machines with a monthly capacity of 300 tons
b) High carbon wire
- Three dry extracting machines with dies with a monthly capacity of 900 tons
Hot-dip galvanizing line for wire
Line for hot galvanizing wire with a monthly capacity of 800 tons. The line is high-tech and the first of its kind installed in Europe, it works without acids and harmful waste substances, entirely on renewable sources of electricity. It can handle all grades of zinc or zinc-aluminum deposits.
Three wire annealing furnaces with a monthly capacity of 450 tons
Machine for the production of universal wire knitting with a monthly capacity of 50 tons
Two machines for the production of barbed wire with a monthly capacity of 80 tons
